June-July Events

Hey! I have decided that I will be going for these few events, most probably. Shall we Sweet Heart?
1. Magical Holiday @ Jurong Bird Park.

I know that we can go there for no cost at all. YES! Moreover, it has been a long time since I went there. So why not? Muahaha. I'm never too old to go to BirdPark!

Details: 6th-28th June, Every Saturday and Sunday!

2. Singapore River Festival

To tell you the truth, I've never been to Singapore River Festival before. Read that they will have lots of activities and performances, so why not? =)
Details: 19th-27th June , 7pm till late.

3. Singapore Pavilion Showcase World Expo 2010

Free Admission too! Well, so why not just take a look. Right? =)
Details: 23rd June-26th July

4. Jazz by the Beach

I know that Joshua have been wanting to go Jazz by the Beach. And since it is only on Saturdays, I figured that we could go to the beach in the afternoon and play before we chill in the evening.
Details: 4th-25th July, every Saturday at the Cool Deck.

5. City Skate 2009

Now, this is a tricky one. $88/- for competitive, $28 for non-competitive. I will definitely go for the non-competitive one. But the problem is that, wow, that is really early lah! I'm really wondering how it will be like you know. =) This is still KIV. Anyway, I still have a month more!

Aspella

I can't believe it! I know someone who stays at Aspella. Irene who works at Literacy Circle Bedok! I was helping my mum with her emails and all since she is still not very good with it. I was helping her type an email to my aunt about the details and then I saw Compassvale Link! And I thought to myself, this must be really near Aspella. And the next word I saw was Aspella!!!!! ASPELLA! And I was like MUMMY! She stays in ASPELLA! And Mu mum was like so?

Well, is ok that she doesn't get it. Cause now, I kind of made Aspella my dream home. Haha. And I asked. Does she want to sell her house?! And my mum said that I was crazy since Irene waited for quite long to get to stay at her current place.

Another thing. I was labelling my post that have pictures of Joshua and I as Sweet Heart, and while labelling the posts, I was like WOW! We really did a lot of things together! Well, that is the good thing about blogging. When I look back, it helps me remember the times I had. =) Makes me remember and my perspective of life will change. Like now! KNOWING THAT I'm UNEMPLOYED! OK. I'm working at Literacy Circle Bedok. But really, I still consider myself as unemployed. Cause I wanna work for Kainos Consultants. Sincerely from the bottom of my heart. But till now, they have not contacted me. Well, looks like, I shall be thick skin and find them on Monday! They have the kind of Job I want to do.

Please call me soon. Please. Please. Please. I really wanna be independent! Actually, I must say that I'm quite picky when it comes to job. And If I was a employer, I wouldn't wanna hire myself. OH NO! That's bad! Hmm, how did Aspella led to this.

And Joshua will be going for church camp tml till tuesday! I hope that he will have a fun and wonderful time. YUP! I LOVE YOU!

Museum!

Well, did you know there was free admission to National Museum of Singapore on the 31st May 2009?
Hehe, I didn't but Joshua did! And so, I asked him to bring me there! After all, watching Night at the Museum 2 gave me the impression of a lively place down there. Where History comes to life.


Well, but there was no parking lot, and we had to travel quite a distance before we manage to have a lot. And walk through under the scorching sun. But thankfully! The Museum has aircon! So, it wasn't that bad.
Haha. But of course, eventually, we were sticky.. Took some pictures of the display set.




Hmm, I think I should start leaving longer hair now. But Layered Long Hair. =) Ok. This is random.


And then, I chanced upon some drawings/Sketches. WOW!



Their drawings look pretty cool! =) Don't you think? I don't think I can ever draw like this.


And Last night, We went roller blading! =)
Sweet Heart had the luck of ending work earlier and thus, we had the time to roller blade! ok. I roller blade. Joshua ran. To train for his IPPT. =) Or, maybe, he should train for his 42 km. After all, it is his dream. Don't you think?
And I will never forget this place. It is the slope I fell when I was going down and saved the Carl's Junior drink but was injured badly. I still have the scars.

After a tiring workout(For Joshua), He really wanted to find a pillow with the water inside. Really cannot find. Anyone knows where to get it?

So we ended up at Carrefour at Suntec City. And then, we saw these Pineapples! Tried the small cubes and it was sweet! In the end, We bought 1.

Don't worry, they will cut for you, before putting in a bag. But the photo I took is corrupted, so, I can't upload. But trust me, it is sweet!

Never did I thought that Sweet Heart can come up with such a pretty fabulous art piece! He is so sweet! I love this present SO SO MUCH! Looking at it makes the hot weather much better. Hmm, now that gives me an idea. A survival guide for Singapore's HOT WEATHER!

It MUST BE Global Warming

Have you realize that it is so so so hot today? It is reaching desert hot soon in Singapore. And my house is beginning to feel like an oven. Important thing to note for me. Is that when I buy a house in the future. It needs to be windy windy! Think I'm starting to have heat rash le. Nowadays, I need to shower with extreme cold water till i'm feeling really cold before I sleep..

A different Look!

Finally! I changed my blogskin once again. Simple change. But I realise that I take super long cause I'm not pro with changing template. But hehe, At least, I manage to chern this out, along with Joshua's one too! Hope that it will be a pleasant surprise for him.

Sasha, a Rose and a Bag!

One year Anniversary. More of a reason that Joshua gave to buy me a bag but is not even one year yet!
Still I appreciate it. Hehe.
What I love about this bag. Durable. I remember checking the display bag, Scratching it etc to make sure it is a bag that can take my kind of lifestyle. Since, I discovered that my my stuffs tends to go through a lot of hardship. Lappy with scratches. HP with scratches too. That's why I need a bag that is durable. Not one that needs super delicate care. Can fit with shorts, skirt and dress. Fabulous!
